We are pleased to announce that angli-EAR Hearing now has an online booking system – called “Jane”. “Jane” is a super efficient online booking software system designed especially for consultancy practices to save you time managing your appointments and to give our clients the very best customer service.
Through our website’s “Book online” option you can arrange a hearing screening, full diagnostic assessment, wax removal appointments, tinnitus consultations or our custom ear plug service – all at the click of a mouse and at your own convenience. You can book by time or date, or by your preferred audiologist, and choose from a range of appointment times to suit your needs.
Create an account when you book in our new “Jane” system and you can receive confirmation of booking (with directions and our contact details if you need them) and reminders of upcoming appointments. You can view any upcoming appointments and cancel or reschedule them. “Jane” will also send regular reminders, such as when your hearing test is due, and email updates about the clinic (for most people mainly what Teddy’s up to!)
The new system is also helpful when you book an appointment in the clinic, in person. The audiologist can protect patients’ privacy by blurring names but allowing you to see the appointment diary’s available slots – rather than calling out times and dates available.
Using the new “Jane” system is all part of our exciting plans to move more to a paperless, environmentally friendly, office as well as make appointment booking more accessible and convenient for clients. You can save time when you arrive for your first appointment by filing out personal information, online when you book, from the comfort of your own sofa or via a tablet in the clinic on arrival. All your personal data is held in strict confidentiality in our secure GDPR compliant system.
The system will also allow us to send our clients helpful information videos on matters discussed at your appointment such as how to change batteries or programmes on your hearing aid.
