We are very pleased to announce we have added three new members to the angli-EAR Hearing team. We are also bidding a sad and fond farewell to another member of the crew as Stephanie Brushett moves on to pastures new.
Scott Jupp has taken over from Stephanie whose husband has been redeployed with the RAF to a new base away from Cambridgeshire. We wish Stephanie much happiness and can’t thank her enough for all her hard work and dedication over the past three years helping angli-EAR Hearing to grow. We know our clients will miss her too.
Scott has over 15 years’ experience as a hearing aid audiologist working within national and international hearing care providers and has extensive experience in hearing assessment, fitting and rehabilitation of hearing. Scott is also an approved ear wax removal specialist ENT-trained to perform endoscopic ear wax removal, including E-suction™ (microsuction), to safely clean and clear blocked ears.
As an introductory offer to say hello, Scott is offering free hearing assessments during August.
Book up online with Scott to claim your free assessment.
Please use code ‘Welcome’ when booking to take advantage of the offer.
We also welcome our new Receptionist, Christina Prout. Christina has a passion for delivering excellent customer service and demonstrated this in the previous customer-focused roles within a local veterinary practice. Christina was attracted to the role as she enjoys developing strong relationships with people and providing excellent service and positive experience for all our clients.
It’s just as well that Christina is used to animals hanging around her desk, as Golden Retriever puppy, Buddy, has bounced in to join the team! Buddy is Teddy’s half brother (same mum, different father). Teddy is not only excited to have a friend, but Buddy also came with lots of toys!
Teddy is a great big brother and as you would expect, is teaching Buddy the ropes. Buddy clearly has Customer Service aspirations, following in Teddy’s pawsteps. But for now, Buddy is currently just learning to be a dog: trying to work out how to use his legs and avoid chasing his ball into walls.
You can find out more about the team here and we look forward to meeting you on your next visit!
Welcome aboard Scott, Christina and Buddy!
