How It Works:
Step 1: Book a Hearing Aid Challenge Appointment.
Visit our Booking Page to schedule your initial appointment. This will cost £200 (£80 for a Full Diagnostic Hearing Assessment and a £120 reprogramming fee). During this session, our highly qualified audiologists will check your ear health, including for wax build-up, and assess if your hearing aids can be reprogrammed. Some hearing aids are locked from others changing the settings, and we’ll let you know if that’s the case.
Step 2: Comprehensive Testing and Reprogramming.
If everything checks out, we’ll invite you back for a thorough hearing assessment and reprogramming session. We’ll save your current settings, so you don’t have to worry about losing them. Our experienced audiologists will explain any changes made and the reasons behind them, ensuring you understand how these adjustments can enhance your hearing experience. We take the time to perform a detailed test on all aspects of your hearing to provide you with the best care possible.
Step 3: Try it for 30 Days.
Try out the new settings for 30 days. If you don’t notice an improvement, simply get in touch with us. We’ll arrange an appointment** to revert your hearing aids to the original settings and refund the cost of the appointment. Or, we can make a further adjustment appointment as necessary to make sure you are 100% happy with the performance of your hearing aids.
