As we explained in our introductory article, device upkeep is carried out every 6-9 weeks by our skilled audiologists, leaving you to enjoy a life of better hearing seamlessly in the interim.
To make things as simple as possible, a 12-month subscription is set up, covering the cost of devices, software updates, battery and filter replacements, and hearing checks. Cost is £130 per month, per ear – payable annually or monthly.
