We are pleased to cancel and re-schedule without penalty or administration fees, up to 3pm the day before your appointment. However, if you cancel after 3pm, reschedule or don’t attend on the day of your appointment this will incur the fees listed below as it is unlikely we will be able to re-use the time to support other clients.
