Our COVID procedures remain unchanged. Since the pandemic started, we have all been expected to wear masks in public spaces as part of the government regulations. As a result of the vaccination roll-out, the Government made the requirement for wearing face masks in public optional from 19th July. Our priority has always been to ensure we take measures to protect our clients and staff. We have provided more than 10,000 masks since we re-opened and gallons of hand sanitisers in our effort to provide a COVID secure environment. To date, we have not yet had updated information from our governing bodies or the Government. Our procedures remain the same but we will provide a further update should anything change. Samuel Chapman

Hearing Care Assistant

Samuel is an approved CLEARWAX ear wax removal specialist who has been ENT-trained to perform endoscopic ear wax removal, including E-suction™ (micro-suction), to safely clean and clear your blocked ear.

Samuel has had previous roles in the NHS, as well as volunteering within private clinics, and is set to undertake a placement at Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge. Here he will specialise in advanced diagnostics for a number of different fields in Audiology including Paediatrics, Balance, and Adult Rehabilitation.

Samuel is currently completing his Master’s Degree (MSc) in Audiology from University College London and is carrying out his own research in tinnitus, although his interests include Cochlear Implants, Balance work, and Adult Rehabilitation. Once completed, he will go on to study a Clinical Doctorate in Audiology to ensure he is capable of helping everybody he meets in his clinical work. Samuel has a passion for hearing healthcare and strives to help everyone enjoy their lives more through supporting their hearing and listening abilitie.
