Sarah spends most of her time managing the practice and our wonderful team. As well as making sure everything is running smoothly, her other roles (to name just a few) include HR, general maintenance and repairs, organising rotas and Health & Safety.
Sarah enjoys, “Supporting and complimenting the great team we have. I like the diversity and challenges that arise almost daily, knowing I have done a good job and most importantly, helping people hear better.”
Sarah’s background is in Supply Chain and operational management and has a passion for customer service and people. Sarah has a focus on the detail of our customer journey and makes sure our clinic is professional but homely environment, which translates to great hearing care and enjoying a good cup of coffee or tea and a chat.
When she’s not at work, Sarah is ‘mummy’ to Teddy who she is encouraging to be more ‘Nellie and Nigel’ in the Garden (Monty Don fans will understand the link). Sarah is a keen runner – not fast, keen, she has previously completed 2 London Marathons. She is a core member of the local park run team, encouraging and enabling others to run. Sarah and Teddy are the founder and only members of the angli-EAR Hearing running club, which usually run 2-3 times a week around her home village. Sarah’s family live in Nottingham but time spent with friends and family ensures she is busy in and out of work.
