Tinnitus driving me mad
After a series of tests and consultations, my hearing is much, much better and the tinnitus more controllable. Everything is expertly explained to you by brilliant people. Definitely five star.
Hearing Aid Repair.
My visit today was to collect my four year old hearing aid that had been repaired (actually replaced) under its five year guarantee. The device was fully set up and adjusted for me when I arrived and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. First class service at Anglia-EAR as usual.

Having previously experienced another well known hearing specialist that set me up with hearing aids, but gave no support, I tried angli-EAR and am delighted to say that have given me support all the way through the month's trial and once I purchased the hearing aids. They have also invested in new equipment which reassures you of the difference of trying to hear conversations in crowded room with and without your hearing aids. Excellent service and support!

Last time my wife and I visited Angli-ear, Trevor took good care of our auditory needs. His initial warm welcome immediately put us at ease, and the treatment was 100% pain-free. More importantly, the result was impressive! Today, once again, our experience was equal in quality when we were treated by Trevors son Sam, who managed successfully to remove significant debris from all four ears...(from my wife's and from mine). Sam is as competent a practitioner in "The Art of Ears" as his father Trevor, and also, his exceptionally warm, cultured manner, and air of quiet, natural confidence immediately made us feel completely secure that we were about to be treated by someone exceptionally competent. Not only was the treatment not at all scary, and utterly painless, but I experienced a sensation of actual pleasure as Sam skillfully and easily extracted an offending obstruction from my right ear! And when I mentioned as I left that I sometimes experienced infections in my ears after swimming, Sam offered us a solution for that as well - a little bottle of spray that one uses just prior to entering the pool, which acts as a barrier to bacteria infested pool water. Needless to say, (after explaining all the above), I can state, with total honesty, that my wife and I are very contented clients, which is why, as I left, I turned to Sam and warned him: "I'll be back!"
