Superb Experience
My ears were both badly blocked and I could barely hear !! Came in and they were so bad couldn’t be done in one session !! However by the time I had got home my hearing had improved approx. 50% !! I followed the instructions given and went back a week later and now I’m hearing perfectly again !! Great service great staff couldn’t ask for more !!

Booked a hearing assessment and was seen by Trevor. Very thorough and more detailed than a free test carried out by a high street hearing centre. Very informative and I now have a greater understanding of my needs in order to go forward.

Caring professional staff
Accompanied my husband for a hearing test. We were met at the door and our temperature’s were taken, then provided with masks and hand sanitiser. My husband then had the most thorough hearing test with the most amazing technology. The new premises look amazing and the staff couldn’t be more professional. Would thoroughly recommend angli-EAR

Excellent care
I visited angli-EAR as I was concerned about my tinnitus. I was given excellent explanations of the causes of tinnitus and reassured about it. Trevor was very generous with his time and showed me useful diagrams to help me understand. The whole environment was very pleasant. I wholeheartedly recommend angli-Ear.
Thorough and Professional
From the moment you book your appointment, everything goes smoothly and nothing is left to chance. Sanitization is excellent and the surroundings are spotless, the staff welcoming and the service is truly professional. I used to go the the local hospital every six month for wax remaoval but had to wait in a noisy and crowded waiting area and spend lots of time at every stage of the process. Very stressful. here at Shelford I feel totally relaxed and the handling of my treatment is so pleasant and comfortable. The cost is quite modest and the feeling of safety, especially in these COVID times, is remarkable.
