First visit to angli - Ear due to wax blocked ear. Warm greeting at reception. Elle was very professional and gave an excellent service and advice in a friendly and reassuring manner. First experience of micro suction which I found painless and effective. Many thanks.

My first ever appointment with angli-Ear. I had a blocked ear, and could not hear. I also could not wait for weeks to get an appointment in Bury St. Edmunds. I found angli-Ear online, and it was easy to book an appointment expeditiously. The venue is excellent, spacious, light, and parking great too. The staff were friendly, and super-professional. The Audiologist had all of the modern equipment, and was able to clear my ear. Wonderful firm, charming people, and I won't be going anywhere else in the future.

Simply Fantastic
Kirstie Eley was simply fantastic. Sorted my son’s ears a treat, and the second visit (due to very hardened accumulation) was included in the price. Travelled from Milton Keynes x 2 but well well worth the trip. The Reception team are lovely too!!

Thank you for looking after my Mum so well. Great service lots of time and effort put in by Sam the audiologist . Mum now tells me everything is too loud.!! Looking forward to getting the new rechargeable hearing aids.
