Fantastic service from start to finish
My grandson, who is 5, has been suffering with glue ear. I wanted to make sure that this was the only reason for his hearing issues. I contacted Angliearhearing and an appointment was organised very quickly. On the day, Samjan was amazing. She managed to carry out all of the tests and Matthew was completely at ease with her. He is looking forward to going back for his follow-up. Everyone I dealt with, in person or over the phone, was helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company.

My first ever appointment with angli-Ear. I had a blocked ear, and could not hear. I also could not wait for weeks to get an appointment in Bury St. Edmunds. I found angli-Ear online, and it was easy to book an appointment expeditiously. The venue is excellent, spacious, light, and parking great too. The staff were friendly, and super-professional. The Audiologist had all of the modern equipment, and was able to clear my ear. Wonderful firm, charming people, and I won't be going anywhere else in the future.

Simply Fantastic
Kirstie Eley was simply fantastic. Sorted my son’s ears a treat, and the second visit (due to very hardened accumulation) was included in the price. Travelled from Milton Keynes x 2 but well well worth the trip. The Reception team are lovely too!!
Ear Ear!
Thank you for looking after my Mum so well. Great service lots of time and effort put in by Sam the audiologist . Mum now tells me everything is too loud.!! Looking forward to getting the new rechargeable hearing aids.

Ear Wax removal
I actually enjoyed my visit, and it was such a relief to have the wax removed professionaly. angli-EAR is a very friendly place and, of course, a bonus having a car park!

Right from walking through the door my experience was positive. The receptionists were very cheerful and jolly! The audiologist was on time too, so no hanging around in the waiting area. She explained everything she was going to do and kept telling me that she would stop at any point. Even told me that it would be very noisy. Little pain was felt. It was also interesting to see the photos and how different it was afterwards. Back out in reception and the jolliness continued. Even the boss was there to have a joke with! Felt like I’d been with friends!
