I had microsuction fro ear wax, and needed a repair to my hearing aid. The service was efficient and friendly, from the moment I was fetched from the car and the Covid precautions taken to the final moment when i was presented with a voucher. Very good value for money.

I have had hearing aids for a very longtime, and this is the very first audiologist (Daniel) who new what was needed. My hearing is now the best it has ever been in years, or even better than I can remember. All the staff are so caring and helpful, so I can whole heartedly recommend this company.
Extremely careful, expert and professional service.
I was a bit concerned about going for ear microsuction because, when I have done this through the NHS, it has recently been extremely painful. Not here! I was carefully examined, treated with a mixture of irrigation and microsuction, and left with no pain and perfect hearing. I'll definitely be back.
Interesting and successful experience
Danni and I explored the complexities of the Phonak system. Although control using the iPhone turned out to be rather complicated it is not adequately covered by printed instructions. However, with his patient guidance over several sessions, we arrived at an optimum result.

Julie Is A Wizard!
After suffering from tinnitus for three weeks, I finally decided to go through with getting the wax removed as it felt like my last hope of curing the continuous high pitched noice that was keeping me awake at night. And for anyone nervous or unsure about it, I can confirm that you have nothing to worry about and I would absolutely recommend it to anybody, even if they have no problems with their ears, because my hearing has been ridiculous ever since I got it done! The procedure is so fast, completely painless, and you really don’t realise just how much ear wax affects your hearing because ever since the procedure I can hear better than ever, everything sounds so amplified right now and thats even including before the tinnitus started so I am so happy I went through with it! 110% recommend to anybody considering it, BIG thank you again to Julie and the whole AngliEAR team, you have saved me so many hours of lost sleep :)
CRISP AND PROFESSIONAL
I needed ear wax removal at short notice. Although this was my first engagement with Anglia-EAR they worked hard to find me a convenient and early slot, rearranging my appointment so that could take advantage of a cancellation. The clinic was crisp and clean and the micro-suction removal process very effective. The staff were professional, motivated and enthusiastic. Four stars only because my dealings to date are limited.

Brilliant experience
This was my first trip to angli-Ear Hearing and I am sure it won’t be my last. The lady I saw for wax removal was very gentle using a Hoover type tool that I have never experienced before as well as warm water to do the wax removal and explained everything fully to me whilst she was doing the procedure. I felt very safe as I haven’t been out for some time during the Covid pandemic but I was escorted from the car, my temperature taken, hand sanitiser used and mask given to me before entering the building. I didn’t need to open any doors these were all opened for me, so overall I felt it was a safe and wonderful to properly hear again.experience.

Excellent service
Careful considerations for CV protection. The audiologist, Daniel, was very thorough in finding out about my hearing problems despite the fact I was only there for ear wax. Quick painless treatment but very expensive, off set somewhat by the length of the appointment. I was given a voucher for a free hearing test which will ensure I return for the test.
